Please read the following passage and then answer to the questions below it.

Recently, moral and ethics of Japanese people have been discussed as a serious problem.  For example, some parents do not pay for their childrenfs meal at school, and once they are asked to pay by the school, they start to blame even though it is obvious that they are wrong.  There was an article on the Internet that said one of the Japanese high schools told the parents that children who have not paid the tuition cannot graduate.  Although we must pay tuitions to the school, some parents who heard this announcement became angry and started to argue towards the high school.

What do you think about this problem?  Why do you think there are some parents who behave like this?  Moreover, what solution can we make to decrease the number of this kind of parents?  Write anything you can think about it by using specific examples and explanations.

Explain your idea in approximately 300 to 500 words.  Your writing will be evaluated for: (1) your ideas and the way you organize them and, (2) your grammar, punctuation, and word choice.
